Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We cannot offer refunds on shipping, courier costs, or courier related delays. If a package is lost, missing, or your item arrives damaged, we will send you a new item immediately free of charge or refund your order.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (usually 2-5 days)
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@Purooz.ca.
Damaged items: We replace items if they are defective or damaged, we just ask you send us a photo of your damaged item.
Need a different size? If you need to exchange your item for a different size, we allow you to keep your original item, and we'll send you a new one for a $15 courier fee. We've found this is the best way to make sure our customers aren't waiting weeks for us to receive their returned item, inspect it, and send you a new size.
Order Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed and will be cancelled and refunded without question.
